About this wall
Over the years, Esme has had the gift of paying attention — really paying attention — to the things people say in meetings, on Teams, in the hallway, and under their breath.
This wall is a living archive of those moments. Some are wise. Some are chaotic. Some were absolutely not meant to be remembered forever. All of them are real.
It's a small way of honoring the personality of a team that takes its work seriously, but rarely takes itself too seriously.
